Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room had a good view of Central Plaza but was a bit small with limited cupboard space. The service was lacking in attentiveness and friendliness, and some inconveniences like not providing clean cutlery. However, the location was excellent, offering easy access to various attractions around Plaza de Armas. The dining options were average, and the facilities were decent.
